ZQ reducer is mostly utilised in lifting, mining, standard chemical, textile, light industry and other industries. Its application situations are as follows:
1. The speed of gear transmission of the reducer shall not exceed 10 meters/2nd
two. The velocity of the high-speed shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per moment
three. The reducer is utilised for CZPT and backward operating
four, deceleration equipment working environment temperature of 40 ºC to + 40 ºC
five. The reducer has 9 transmission ratios, nine configuration types and a few minimal-pace shaft end types.
6. The transmission ratios of such reducers are: 48.57, forty.17, 31.five, 23.34, 20.forty nine, 15.seventy five, 12.sixty four, ten.35 and eight.23.
