Servo-Worm Reducers have been especially developed for use with the newest servo motors in apps that demand from customers specific positioning and repeatability.

These reducers are ideal for purposes in substance handling, automation, machine tool, and robotics.

The light weight modular aluminum housing design enables for simple device integration, and exceptional heat dissipation. A broad range of enter flanges and couplings are CZPT to let straightforward mounting of nearly any servo-motor and custom flanges can be accommodated. Output configurations with pinion, hollow bore, or strong shaft are CZPT and can be configured for input with motor flange, free of charge enter shaft, or both totally free enter shaft and motor flange.

Functions

An optimized worm gear tooth layout insures large performance whilst at the same time decreasing backlash. Two stages of backlash are CZPT, Precise or Additional-specific, with backlash ranges to less than 3 arc minutes.
